Four-story development proposal on Germantown Avenue reaches city officials for its design review
By Pryce Jamison
Blueprints for 6225-27 reveal plans for a 45-unit four-story high apartment. While not completely against it, neighbors and the Civic Design Review Committee members ask for amendments including removing the billboard that's stood for decades for safer exit for drivers. They also ask for the building to be one floor less.

The City’s Tree Plan calls for significantly increasing our leafy coverage. So, why are our large trees continued to be chopped down?

Our Work

Community Engagement
Resolve’s Community Engagement (CE) team aims to change the way communities interact with, and are reflected in local news. Our team directly engages with, and broadens the visibility of, communities who have long had limited access to the tools and mechanisms for elevating their own narratives.

Philly Documenters
Public meetings are workshops of democracy, where local policy is shaped, and where residents can witness, learn about, and act on the systems that impact their lives.
We want to put people in the rooms where decisions are made that impact us all.
