During Civic Design Review, Planning Commission staff, committee members, and neighbors raised questions about the site’s layout, parking-heavy design, stormwater management, heat impacts, pedestrian safety, and how the project could create more usable green and community space. The project is scheduled to go before the Zoning Board of Adjustment on May 13.
