Harrowgate Winter Wonderland

A  team member at Resolve Philly tabled at the Harrowgate Civic Association’s 2nd Annual Winter Wonderland event, where over 900 Harrowgate and Kensington residents picked up presents from Santa, made winter crafts, and engaged with resources.
