By stepping away from our daily routines, we gain valuable space and opportunity to envision the future of our organization.

Recently, Resolve Philly came together for our bi-annual staff retreat. This two-day event served as an informative and refreshing experience, allowing us to step away from the day-to-day and think about the bigger picture.

During our retreats, our team enjoys various activities, including new concept discussions, policy overviews, skill-sharing sessions, and plenty of food and fun. However, these retreats are more than just recreational breaks; they allow us to foster deeper connections among team members and build a shared commitment to our work.

By stepping away from our daily routines, we gain valuable space and opportunity to envision the future of our organization. It's a time to plan, strategize, and look forward to what's next, ensuring that we stay on the path of growth and positive impact.

Our staff retreats also have a tangible impact on our work environment and productivity; it enhances internal communication, encouraging more effective collaboration and reducing misunderstandings.

Hosting staff retreats twice a year is our way of ensuring that we continue to cultivate a strong and united team. These thoughtfully planned events, curated by our executive leadership with support from various colleagues, enable us to strengthen relationships, acquire new skills, and remain focused on our shared mission.

Staff retreats are an indispensable part of our organization's success and impact, aiding us in fostering a resilient, cohesive team that remains devoted to creating a meaningful difference in the world.
