Recently, The Markup, a newsroom dedicated to investigating Big Tech, published a piece on how they approach and tag their impact — all structured from and inspired by the free template Resolve offers. Our impact tracker can also be found supporting lkldnow, a nonprofit newsroom in Lakeland, Florida, and interested newsrooms like The Marshall Project. At ONA in 2022, our team presented an in-depth panel that focused on how Resolve uses Airtable to track our engagement activities and their impact, making it easier for our organization to quantify the small but essential day-to-day work our teams carry out.
