As a neighborhood built on an old creek and sewers, when heavy rainfall happens, it may overload the sewer system and bring everything to the surface. And that includes some people's homes. To help build resistance in the neighborhood, which is known for flooding, the Water Shed has taken shape on the corner of Queen Lane and Wayne Avenue.
