Germantown neighbors gathered at Crossroads Women’s Center to find out—taking part in a full-day Mental Health First Aid training led by Dr. Willie J. Keaton Jr. The workshop emphasized early intervention, empathetic listening, and real tools to offer support without relying on police intervention.
