Happy Hollow Recreation Center, the city’s oldest rec center, is finally getting a long-promised renovation. A nearly $16 million Rebuild project, backed by city, state, and federal funds, will upgrade the 1911 activities building, add new playgrounds and a sprayground, and improve lighting, technology, and accessibility so more Germantown neighbors can safely use the space.
