    More than a decade after launching #RacismIsASickness at G-Town Radio, Tieshka K. Smith has returned to where the project began. Her new four-month residency uses photography, maps, archival materials and community programming to revisit conversations about racism, community healing and the passage of time.

    Philadelphia’s Zero Fare Program will get another year of funding, keeping free SEPTA access available for income-eligible residents through July 2027. Advocates say the program helps riders get to work, school, health care, and other daily needs, but they want the city to make free transit permanent and expand access for students.
