Germantown has a new Free Wall at Chelten & Knox. It's a legal, open-use space for street artists to paint and add to the community. Created by Germantown native NOMAD with Philly250-related support, the wall reduces repeated vandalism cleanup for nearby businesses, with more walls and a community “paint day” planned.
