Germantown Art & Sound makes its final call for 2025

Germantown Art & Sound concludes the year at Our House Culture Center with six artists, bites from Philly Cinco de Mayo’s truck, wine, and DJ Heat___Wav. Featured artists include Drew LeVan, showcasing his modular “grid-work,” and Kaya Proctor, who presents bold, primal-inspired textiles.

Artists raise themes of Black femininity and belonging at this quarter’s Germantown Art & Sound showcase

As Germantown Art & Sound kicks off its 2025 season, two featured artists, David K. Coleman Jr. and MINK, explore themes of identity, healing, and Black femininity. Coleman’s raw, emotional works channel personal struggle into art, while MINK reclaims Black womanhood from the male gaze. Together, their works create a space where viewers feel seen, connected, and inspired.
