After launching d’griot at Maplewood Mall in 2023 as a gallery and herbal shop, community curator kind has opened the long-anticipated cafe phase, bringing herbal teas, coffee, specialty drinks, and fresh biscuits to 51–53 Maplewood Mall. The new “afro-luxury funky” space builds on years of community requests, major renovations, and kind’s commitment to wellness and storytelling.
