Germantown’s own “Tin Man” is back at Chew and Locust, thanks to entrepreneur Rashidah Robinson, who reassembled the statue five years after it mysteriously disappeared. Now standing in front of Robinson’s building, the statue serves as a reminder of the community spirit she hopes to revive. “It starts with us and it starts in the community,” Robinson told us.
